Rachael Balogun

Rachael holds a first class B.Sc Mass Communication degree with Caleb University, Nigeria. With over 3years of extensive experience in coordinating and leading projects in the non-profit sector.

Rachael is passionate about youth and leadership development, she has worked and volunteered in the development space including working with Kayode Alabi Leadership and Career Initiative (KLCI) since 2018, implementing projects and training workshops targeted at providing skills such as leadership, global citizenship, design-thinking, and much more to students in underserved areas. She has also worked with Library Aid Africa on the Inspire Us Project which was directed at employing digital literacy as a tool for women empowerment and has facilitated sessions with non-profit organizations such as YouthxYouth, Vision Spring Initiatives, Teens Guide Foundation, to mention a few.
She is currently a partner with Vision Spring Initiatives on the Girl Impact Project.
